Our staff work shifts between 9am-5pm, Monday - Friday. 

Orders are not dispatched over the weekend, or bank holidays.

We do have a phone number, but it is for leaving voice messages only, as the phone is not situatued near our staff.

You can subscribe to our emails in a number of ways. You can use the pop-up on our website, or use the sign-up form at the bottom (footer) of our homepage.

You can also signup whilst you checkout.

We email weekly, with a mix of product suggestions, planning tips and free resources. We also offer our subscribers first access to new product launches and special offers.

We aim to dispatch all standard orders within 1-2 working days, with delivery times on-top of this.

You will receive an email to let you know your order has been dispatched, and this will have your tracking or reference number details. Please do check your junk.

Express orders are dispatched the same day (Monday - Friday) when placed by 12 noon.

Please do order in plenty of time, as delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and depend on how busy Royal Mail are.

We aim to dispatch all orders in 1-2 working days from when the order was placed. 

Our standard delivery is Tracked 48, which typically takes 2-4 days to arrive, once dispatched

Our express delivery is Tracked 24, which typically takes 1-2 days to arrive, once dispatched.

We prioritise the dispatch of express orders, and when placed by 1pm they are dispatched the same day ( Mon-Fri )

Our standard delivery costs £3.95, and is free for all orders of £40 and over. 

Express shipping costs £5.95, or £2 if you spend £40 or over.

Express delivery is sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 service which typically takes 1-2 days.

Orders placed using express delivery will be shipped the sameday if orderd before 1pm Monday - Friday.

Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day.

We currently ship to Europe, Australia, New Zealand, USA and Canada.

Prices vary depending on where you are shipping and how heavy your parcel is.

All orders to Europe under 150 EUROS will not have to pay any custom duties.

All orders to USA, Australia and Canada are also exempt from customs duties.

Other countries may charge custom duties.

If Customs Duty is payable to your territory, you'll be responsible for paying it to the authorities.

The amount payable is usually calculated based on the value of the goods and the type of goods being imported.

If, for whatever reason, you refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to us, a shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more info before placing your order!

You can track your order status from your order confirmation email, and your subsequent dispatch confirmation email. The latter will contain your tracking information.

Please track this via the royal mail website before contacting us - it may be that your order has been left with a neighbour, or returned to the delivery office if no one was in to accept it. 

All of our delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail. Unfortunately, once we pass our items over to our delivery partner, delays are out of our control. We will however try our best to assist where we can, as we know how important it is that you get your items on time.

If your order has not arrived within the below timeframe, please contact us for the order to be resent. 

UK - 2 weeks from date of dispatch

International - 6 weeks from date of dispatch

It is very rare that our orders are sent incomplete, or incorrectly due to our dispatch processes.

Before contacting us please double check your order, and all packaging.

If you are sure your order is incomplete or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of your order being delivered. We cannot rectify incomplete orders after this time period.

On the rare occasion an item arrives damaged, or faulty please firstly accept our apologies.

Please contact us within 30 days of your order being delivered. We cannot rectify damaged or faulty orders after this time period.

Please do not dispose of faulty items as we will need them back in order to refund / replace. Faulty products must also be returned in the condition they were received.

Please email us at support@teamhen.co.uk, detailing the fault and we will get back to you with next steps.

You must return your items no later than 14 days after the day on which the items are delivered to you.

Any returns are at your own risk, and remain your responsibility until they are safetly received by us. We recommend that you return your items by Royal Mail tracked 48. Returns must only be made to our returns address. Do not return your parcel to a collection point or it will not be collected / refunded.

You must pay for any return delivery costs, except where the wrong item has been sent to you or the item is defective. 

The items need to be in the original packaging where it forms part of the goods (for example, boxed goods, garments and gift items).

Swimwear and pierced jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, We may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all items that are returned.

We will refund you in full for any items you return but will deduct from any reimbursement an amount equal to any diminishment in value of the items as a result of you handling the items beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the items.

UK ONLY: If you are returning all items in your order, we will also refund the cost of the initial delivery to you, but only up to the cost of the standard delivery charge. We will not refund any Next Day, Express, Saturday or other premium component of any delivery charge. If you are not returning all the items in your order, the initial delivery cost will not be refunded to you.

You will be refunded using the same payment method originally used to purchase the returned item(s).You will be refunded no later than 14 days after the day we receive the items you are returning.

As these are applied automatically, there is no code required.

Generally not - the only discounts which can be combined are our Buy 1 Get 1 Free and our automatically applied cart discounts (orders of £50+)
